Twinkle Twinkle Little Star | Piano Jump Start

Twinkle.png

Start Twinkle Twinkle Little Star with our hand in C position. All of the notes after C are highlighted by a shaded colored box, so keep your thumb over the note B and spread your remaining fingers up one white key each.

Line1.png

Begin by playing the note C twice with the thumb, finger one. Then play the note G twice with finger four (rather than finger five which would normally have been used in C position). Play the note A twice with finger five, and then G once more with finger number four.

Line two is outside of the shaded box. Move your fingers back into the traditional C position set up.

Line2.png

Play the note F twice with finger four, E twice with finger three, D twice with finger two, and finish with the note C played only once with the thumb, finger number one.

The third and fourth lines are exactly the same.

Line3.png

Remain in standard C position and play the note G twice with finger five. Follow by playing F twice with finger four and E twice with finger three. Then play the note D only once with finger two.

Lines1_2.png

The last two lines are simply just a repeat of the first two lines that we played at the beginning of the song. Play these last two lines the same as the first two.
